Request a copy, correction or deletion of your details

Use this data request route when you want to know what personal details Sharp Shopper holds from a grocery inquiry, support message or preference interaction. Keep the request specific. It helps us find the right record without collecting a second file of unnecessary information.

The route covers catalogue contact details

This route is for personal details supplied to Sharp Shopper through an inquiry form, email, telephone discussion, support message, accessibility report or a consent preference. It can cover a request to access, correct or delete those details, or to ask how they are being used. It is not a stock inquiry. To ask about groceries, use Build an inquiry or contact the store directly.

The catalogue is an inquiry-only service. It has no cart, checkout or payment account. We do not turn a request for a current shelf price into an online order. A request should identify the communication you mean, such as an email address used in a message, a phone number, or the subject of the grocery question.

Choose the action plainly

Access asks for a copy or explanation of personal details associated with your request. Correction asks us to fix a wrong email address, phone number or other detail. Deletion asks us to remove personal details where there is no reason to keep them. If your request has two parts, say so in the notes.

Deletion may not erase a record that must be retained for a legal, security or dispute reason. If a detail has already been separated from an identifiable record, we may explain that it cannot reasonably be linked. We will not pretend that a deletion request removes messages from your own mailbox or a platform's systems.

Identity checks stay proportionate

We may ask for enough information to distinguish your record from another visitor's record. The check should relate to the contact route you used. We do not ask for a password, payment card, government identification number or a full identity document for an ordinary grocery inquiry.

If a request covers a shared phone or email address, tell us what relationship you have to the record. We may limit what can be disclosed when doing so would reveal another person's information. This is a privacy safeguard, not a reason to ask for every detail you have.

Send only what helps

Give your name, a reply email, the action requested and a short description of the interaction. A phone number and postal address are optional unless they are needed to distinguish records. Do not put allergy information, medical information or payment details in the notes.

The form sends to hekaca9.php as a data-request route. The hidden technical fields are used to route and protect the form. Honeypot fields are not a substitute for consent or identity checks. We will not use a data request as permission to send advertising.

Send a rights request

Use the name connected with the record, if known.

We use this to reply about the request.

Optional. Leave blank if it is not part of the record.

Name the channel, approximate date and action you want. Do not include sensitive information.

Advertising preferences are separate

Sharp Shopper currently receives paid advertising traffic from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads. The site handles click identifiers such as gclid, msclkid and fbclid as part of advertising measurement. Consent Mode v2 starts with ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied. They remain denied until you allow optional storage and return to denied when you decline or withdraw permission.

A data request can ask about personal details connected with an inquiry or preference, but platform records are governed by the relevant platform. Read the Cookie statement, the Privacy Policy and the Microsoft privacy statement for the separate roles.

Reply and limits

We use the contact route you provide to clarify a request and communicate the result. The timing depends on the request's scope, identity check and whether another system or person is involved. We will not invent a fixed response period. If more information is needed, we will say what is missing.

For a direct question about a grocery selection, call (717) 733-9555 or email [email protected]. The written address is 1100 SHARP AVENUE, EPHRATA, PA 17522, United States.
